Project done in the city of Hawthorne where we add 498 sf to a room: this project involved foundation, fraiming, drywall, stucco, electricity, roof and painting. The project was done with plans and permits and took 3 to 4 months. This addition is a very spacious room where we also installed a fireplace and side cabinets. The ceilings are 16' high.

This project is approximately 600sf made in the city of Hawthorne. The client of this property had space behind and there he was made an ADU. This property has 14' high ceilings in the living room and office, in the kitchen and bedroom are 10' high, the door are 8' high and we install a panoramic door of 10'x8'. The kitchen has double cabinets at the top. The colors were chosen by the client as well as the color of the stucco. This project took us between 3 and 4 months to do it.

A garage-to-home conversation (ADU) of approximately 360' sf in the city of Long Beach. This project would require a little demolition, a little foundation, a little fraiming, plumbing, electricity, stucco and painting, all final materials were selected by the client. It's a small house where everything is organized.
